Arif Haque is committed to providing high quality, cost effective legal services to immigrants and their families. Mr. Haque zealously advocates on behalf of his clients in matters before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Customs and Border Protection, and the Immigration Courts.

Mr. Haque earned his Juris Doctor from the Washington University School of Law in 2005. Prior to his law degree, Mr. Haque received his bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Evansville, and his M.B.A. from the University of Southern Indiana.

Before focusing on immigration law, Arif worked for over four years with the law firm of Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. in St. Louis, Missouri. There, Mr. Haque advised public and private employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including wage & hour, employee benefits, noncompete and confidentiality agreements, severance agreements, and employment discrimination. Mr. Haque assisted employers in the preparation of their handbooks and policies and also appeared on behalf of employers in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and administrative hearings.

Arif is a member of the Missouri and Illinois Bars, and is admitted to practice before various U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals. Because many immigration matters are strictly federal in nature, Arif has provided legal services to individuals throughout the country.
